Sveitserne har en rett de kaller älplermagrone, som er en slags mac'n'cheese med pasta OG KOKT POTET, bacon og karamellisert løk, med varm eplemos ved siden. Toppet med griljer-/paneringsmel, som en slags dekonstruert grateng. Det er en skikkelig comfort food nedi der. Og for all del - det er jo godt. Veldig tilfredsstillende å spise. Men det er bare en så rar kombinasjon av greiene.
