All this talk about #dedollarization and a new reserve currency got my brain thinking about the Christian evangelical conspiracy theories I learned in my early years as an AOG youngling - how the anti-christ will mark every human with a symbol and that is the only way you can buy anything. i distinctly remember reading a fundie book about a teenage christian girl’s diary being published when i was younger, & I can’t remember the title so this might all be a fever dream i made up, but i remember the last diary entry in the book being cut off mid-sentence because she supposedly died while writing in her diary. #weirdmemories #fundiesnark #growingupreligious
