desperate head thrusts that translate to a gentle erratic bobbing and weaving,
neck lacking the fortitude to maintain posture
searching for something that is always right where you left it,
visual capacity of a lantern fish prevents easy retrieval,
finally a firm, cosmic hand emerges pressing your face into the soft tissue you seek,
as yourmouth secures its target,
and that sweet magical nectar pours forth,
time to nurse.
