The next stop during my yesterday’s trip was at the #monastery of #Weltenburg. They claim to be the oldest #beer #brewery in #Germany. The brewing by the monks started in 1050 a. Ch.
The interior of the monastery’s church was done by the famous #Asam brothers.
The monastery itself is close to the #Danube Gorge.
