Wow. #WendellAndWild was... not good. Points for unconventional art and #animation, but the writing was a mess and the voice acting was atrocious (even from actors we all know can do better).

#WendellAndWild (2022) on #Netflix is a colourful, stylish stop-motion movie with a Nightmare Before Christmas / Tim Burton / Coraline feel.

Great representation and tackled prison industrial complex from child's perspective. Watchable, but never really excited me. 🙂

Other highlights:
The second season of #youngroyals was cool.

#derryGirls final season was just perfect.

With #WednesdayNetflix and #WendellAndWild it's interesting how both Tim Burton AND the real director of Nightmare Before Christmas have great things on Netflix within such a short period of time.
