I've been meaning to write this #WestchesterCounty information about mental health clinics/care: asking around, I learned about some increasingly well-funded (or so it seems) ways for the uninsured & underinsured to get some therapy. I'm not sure if these offer long-term open-ended psychotherapy -- a kind that (I think) can really help people change -- but: WJCS, Open Door Medical, Sun River, and MHA of Westchester offer resources for crises and non-. #Therapy

@memory About dumping from #WestchesterCounty, the #BronxRiverAlliance traps floatables on the #BronxRiver and removes them. The floatables are all from upstream. ie. Westchester County. Large pieces of packing foam. Lots of parts of the #BronxRiver are quite nice. I'm involved with #VineCuttting organization that does a lot of work along the Bronx River in Westchester Couny.
