My fifth and final favorite from four years of #wetryagile, the CYNEFIN LEGO GAME.

The difference between complicated and complex contexts is a particularly tangible rationale for using agile methods. Accordingly, these different contexts should be made tangible. The Cynefin Lego Game does this very well. The Chaos variant is a bit strange. But the Lego games for simple, complicated and complex convey these different contexts wonderfully.
