13 years ago today, I was cooking up a storm... panicking about a wheelchair fitting through our doorways... and looking forward to this top gent Geoff Holt MBE and the lovely Susana (his support assistant) coming round for dinner.
The evening must've been bad - they fled across the Atlantic the following day (Geoff became the first quadriplegic to sail the Atlantic). 😂 💕
Today, Geoff and his amazing family are still great friends.
