Day 12 – Old game you still play.

At the moment I sadly play nothing due to lack of time. But till spring this year I played #wfrp4e with mostly the same group I started playing #WFRP1e

Aber warum wird sich denn eigentlich so sehr auf Übersreik konzentriert? Es gibt doch noch soo viele andere interessante Orte im Imperium...
Und Guides gibt es ja auch schon für Altdorf, Middenheim, Salzenmund...

Hat da jemand eine Antwort drauf?

Da finde ich die Mechanik von Warhammer Fantasy ganz cool, die dagegen wirkt:
Die Charaktere nehmen grundsätzlich kein Geld von Abenteuer zu Abenteuer mit, das erlangte Geld sollte am Ende des Abenteuers ausgegeben werden. Ansonsten wird davon ausgegangen, dass das Geld bis zum nächsten Abenteuer verprasst wurde.
So wird vermieden, dass die Geldbeutel sich zu prall füllen und die Chars sich alles leisten können.

Behind the Scenes: Bei #WFRP4e kommt man an der superben Digital-Edition für das #FoundryVTT von mooman aka Russel Thurmann nicht vorbei. Das ist eine wirklich schöne Umsetzung mit viel liebevoller Automatisierung. Es gibt sogar eine Spielleiter-Uhr in einem Modul. #Cubicle7 veröffentlicht die Spielreihen sehr zügig und konsequent. Und hat #mooman einfach eingestellt. Ich ziehe meine Ubersreikkampagne deshalb von Roll20 um.

Our first #WFRP4e yesterday was great.

I explained the most important aspects of the Old World to the players and then we started the Starter adventure in Übersreik and each player introduced their character.

The market brawl was hilarious and we got the hang of the combat mechanics pretty quickly.

Looking forward to the next session.

How do you combat a critical hit (https://dice.camp/@neverless/109760162961643740)? With epic equipment! I looted a legendary standing desk! Take that, foul #SacroiliacJointDemon! And by looted I mean I didn't pay the iron price. I used PayPal. But still.

In a hellish twist of fate fitting for the chaos gods, this ironically means primarily that I can start working again tomorrow.
But also, that we may yet be able to play our online #WarhammerFantasyRP session 5 on Tuesday, so there is that.
