Who am I kidding, there is Eurocon in two weeks, that will be less exciting than this weekend but probably toot a thing or two from there.

Well, Forced To Mode ended in a stronger way that they started. This after a couple of Depech Mode covers that got the audience going. The singer had tried get sing-a-long going unsuccessfully (probably due to few knowing the lyrics or something) but to DM people happily yowled along.
But he has to work on his own material, I still think the bass was very odd.

Hmmmm looks like the singer of “Forced To Mode” think he is an incarnate of Jim Morrison. Good voice but I don’t think it meshes either music. There was several times I caught myself wondering if there was another stage close by because the bass didn’t feel it belonged to this band.
Excellent time to go and hustle the ATM for more money. If this is the style for the evening I need drinks to survive.

Soon Forced To Mode, I was to tired and energy deficient to move from the main venue so it will be MainStage for the whole evening.
And I must mention that I really love my new pants! I want to live in them forever, wonders if I can get away wearing them to work? Hmmm should probably wait until after they have renewed my contract …

Low key day today, the energies seems mellow in general today, I think the average age of the community starts showing. Late nights three days in a row takes its toll when you are not 20 any longer (or 40 either).
My bags under the eyes are certainly large enough for me to bring home all the loot.
Almost bought a coat to go with plague doctor mask, but it was a bit to big, or small. That is the problem with having broad shoulders and short arms.

Last day of #wgt2023 , no big collisons up for today, so I’ll probably just visit the markets (my wallet groaning in the background) and then go to a random new venue just to check it out and see some new bands. Then return to the main stage an see the big ones for the evening and closing party!

Also a law I want to introduce is that if you are above 180 cm tall there should be an section in the furthers back for you …

The club visit was a bust, there was great atmosphere … buuut it was german folk metal, so there was sing-a-along in german, and chanting in german and of course the DJ was joking, in german so I felt so of I ambled home instead, dancing is more fun when you are a group anyway.
Lovely summer night tho, I really loves warn nights! No teargas, but no Mustelids either😢
