I learned today that Residence Inns no longer offer a complete room cleaning unless you’re staying in the room for a full week. They may visit occasionally (but likely not every day) to “refresh.” I’m so sick of the trending reduction of SERVICE across service organizations. Every grocery store now has maybe one or two staffed checkouts open—otherwise you can do it your own damn self. Even at IKEA now, you only get checked out by another human if you’re using cash. #WhatAnnoysMe

@reuvenim I use Office all the time. I have for literally decades. I haven’t found anything that can match its power, and it’s one of the few suites I pay for. But their insistence on imposing their way of working on every customer is just infuriating. They do a similar thing by imposing their selection and navigation keystrokes on the Mac apps over Mac’s own default’s. There isn’t even an option to revert to default behaviors on this stuff. #WhatAnnoysMe
