When working from home and having #internet connectivity issues -- super slow (Kbps to less than 2Mbps) and intermittent, not loss of service on main or backup services -- and you have no client-facing Zoom appointments, would you inform your boss and co-workers about it?

Salesperson wants a Deal (associated with a Quote that was already sent) deleted instead of it being Deal Stage "Lost", as if the Deal/Quote never happened. 😕
I don't think it's right.
I removed her name so it doesn't affect her* numbers. But she insists that it should be deleted, saying it wasn't a real Lead. She seems rather upset, asking "don't you trust me?" To which I say "It's not about trust. It's data."
