TIL: If you find students do not engage with your educational video, you don't make your educational video (aka PPT with talking head) better or interactive or whatever. But you script and produce videos showing avatars (1 teaching assistant + 3 students) while interacting with that video and with each other in a fake zoom meeting. So students can watch how to properly interact with that video.
