"27. What advice or recommendations do you have for improving the overall experience at National Seating & Mobility?"

I replied:
- Be more like your representative [T. R.], who is proactive and fights for me.
- Fix chairs no longer covered under insurance, at an affordable rate.
- Provide chair showrooms so I can try out many chairs and features and choose what I like most.
- Allow me to borrow a joystick programmer so I can fine-tune my drive settings as I discover issues.
