My notes / interesting tidbits:
* bad news just leaves you hanging
* actively look up good news to hear all the great resolutions.
* good news can be motivating
* good news can be boring, but if you are reaching too many ends to stories and are bored you should probably touch grass and get of social media for a bit.
* "there are roses and butterflies"

I *thought* was pretty good at time management--using pomodoros and blocking distracting sites on my desktop browser.
Then I got an app time tracker for my tablet.
