We’ve moved into holiday accommodation for a few days.. Meg our whippet has the company of another dog. She is so deferring, she will not use the other’s, only her own bed, even if it’s standing on its end!

Our elderly whippet Meg has recently been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. We’re making adjustments to her lifestyle, but she still gets to do her favourite activities in the same order of priority, starting with no. 1 favourite - lying in bed, no. 2 sleeping, then being taken out in the car, and lastly walking

Meg our #whippet turned 13 yrs old this weekend - quite a good age for whippets. I’ve been looking at photos of her in her 1st year. Here’s me cuddling Meg in 2011, and Meg asleep in bed #today not as alert as then but still beautiful!
