And that makes number 14 of Whisky Distilleries visited.

Glenfarclas was good fun, and beautiful Speyside whisky. Unique in they remain family owned, a rarer and rarer sight three days.

Can recommend. I overall prefer whisky that hits a little harder, but can see why so many have recommended this before! Will definitely have again in the future.

This building houses our traditional, wooden washbacks. Each has been custom-built on site using Oregon pine and galvanised hoops - not another fixing in sight. Some things they did in 1881 don't need changing.

Schotland in de herfst is bijzonder mooi. In september waren we in #Edinburg en omstreken. Deze foto is uit eerdere jaren en is van de river Spey gelegen in de #Speyside, daar waar de Malt whisky trail omheen cirkelt. Als je ooit besluit om #Schotland met een bezoek te vereren, doe dat dan in het voorjaar of najaar.
