OK, this is turning into something. Started sketching the 1st whisky: Dingle Batch no 4 small batch (46.5%)

Has it strayed too far from #DungeonSynth? I dunno, I’d like to add a few more synth elements beyond just the pad/drone.

So far my notes are:
* Oak: Hurdy-Gurdy
* Vanilla: Sage’s Pad (LABS)
* Sherry: Oboes
* Honey: Flute
* Bright fruit: Irish Harp (Kontakt)

Not in this bottle:
* Red fruit: CS-80 (By the Train) + FX
* Dark fruit: Bowed Guitar (LABS)
* Chocolate: French Horn

#WhiskySynth

Had an idea for a new #DungeonSynth album: #WhiskySynth. Pick 6-10 bottles from my collection, and make a song for each one. Tasting “notes” can map to particular instruments or samples.

I’ve had my most fun composing under constraints, like Bartizanier’s dungeon rush challenges, or taking inspiration from @ursulav’s books.
