I am now obsessed with finding out more about this and learning this technique. I came across it in a book on Taoist meditation I’m reading and had to look it up to confirm this is a real thing and sure enough it is. I'm pretty good at whistling. Not incredible, but I'm pretty sure above average. I can whistle Nellie Mckay's "Ding Dong" from start to finish.

I don't really know what's average but I think that's good. Usually if you hear whistling, it doesn't really speed up or make a lot of bouncy changes. And it takes effort so I think it's impressive.
