Sliced #Potato base, cooked for 20 mins at 450, then add 7 eggs and saute'd veggies and cooked #Bacon. top with sliced #Tomatoes. Back in oven till eggs are done in the middle

The annual holiday 5-7 lb gain has begun! Anyone else doing #whole30 this year? It's my 5th or 6th time doing it and I weep every time as it approaches. It works, but I mourn my beloved sugar, gin, wine and English muffins the entire time. π·πͺπΈπ©
Starting the #Whole30 diet tomorrow. Nervous, but excited. The no chocolate rule might just kill me. Needless to say, tonight I am indulging in a bowl of ice cream drenched in chocolate syrup. π¨

Avocado diced
Pepper diced
Egg hard boiled and diced
Home made mayonnaise:
egg
olive oil
lime juice
Served on Bib Lettuce with sliced pear
Back in Prague. Made Chia pudding using Aroy-D coconut milk(original) sweetened using date paste. Served with toasted almonds-cashews-walnuts-coconut, sliced banana, raspberries and blueberries. #powerbreakfast #whole30
