What should I include?

A “testing mindset” of inquiry applies when you are a principal tester or even a senior advisor in testing. Asking open questions and approaching a challenge with exploration proves better than command and control. People are people – be mindful of where they are.

@Jo2sn A #WholeTeamApproach works so long as the person testing a feature is not the same person who wrote it. Otherwise the same blind spots will be ignored because the same assumptions will be made

Rewrote "the testers" to "the people doing the testing".
