We sell Ireland as a natural "green" paradise. The truth is far from it. It's green only as long as it's making someone โฌโฌโฌ.
The #DublinMountains & #WicklowMountains, rather than teaming with indigenous woodland, are full of monoculture sitka plantations. The wreckage left behind when these are clearfelled is heartbreaking.
