I’m building for us both.

Day 42 of #widowhood was busy. Tidying & sorting - trying to regain some semblance of control over the chaos in the house. Dealing with the callous incompetence of @DWPgovuk@twitter.com. Taking kids to bereavement support appointments at the hospice. Sobbing in the carpark (me, not them)…

I saw a really impactful TedTalk back in my early-mid years of #widowhood, when #grief had evolved into #depression and #anxiety, and tho I had dealt with those all my life, nothing prepared me for the trifecta.
I crawled out and was stronger. Doesn't mean I'm glad it happened but I'm glad I found this:
