Ich spiele gerade wieder mal #wildermyth und muss sagen, dass das echt Spaß macht. Fängt als Computerspiel #osr #rpgs echt gut ein! Manchmal ist weniger einfach mehr und die haben ein wirklich stimmiges, nettes Spiel daraus gemacht.

Oh, did I mention - #Wildermyth has an online co-op mode! Must try that out, too, at some point!

I don't play a lot of video games, but I'm really delighted to see how games like #wildermyth and #roadwarden show that #rpg games don't have to be generic slaughterfests and can, in fact, be stories about endurance, hope, sacrifice, and humanity. Such great heart in these games.

Played through the intro campaign of #Wildermyth with my wife on Saturday. It's a curious co-op execution but mostly makes good decisions about individual-player separation ("all players must click through the cinematic") vs communal decision ("here is your pool of resources to make new gear, ready set go").

I can see QOL changes to streamline group decisions, eg presenting multiple opinions before triggering an action. But even with a group of 4 (another session), it was a great experience.

Holy cow I should have listened to the people telling me to play #Wildermyth. What a triumph of narrative design.

Working on this Pyarc #fic for #wildermyth, making good progress and hoping to keep up the momentum today.

Oh no. I started a new campaign in #Wildermyth after not touching it for a year to see how it works on #SteamDeck and suddenly it is three hours later.

Controls and interface are a bit fiddly, but it runs pretty well. Decent battery life too!

I thought I would do a lot of #music this week since I'm working half days but I have been playing video games in the living room with my family.

Alas, I stayed up until midnight with #Wildermyth last night and that was definitely a mistake as I arrive at the office at 0640.
