Several of my #FirstNations friends & colleagues have been in the fight for much longer. The funding is needed. However, the funds won't help to save/protect #WildSalmon in #BritishColumbia if #BCNDP government still allows mass #destruction & #pollution of #salmon #habitats . I went to protest against TMX after they destroyed salmon run by digging up #CoquihallaRiver during early spawn. Did healing ceremony for & with several locals who were upset & affected by the salmon run being killed.
