Here's the results, I'm so pleased. The camera struggles a wee bit to pick up the colour, washing out the burnt red that makes up the shadows.
I watched a video about using a dark blue and magenta and just trying to paint the light. I thought for my outlaws I'd change that to burnt red and a rust colour and aim for a sepia feel, like something from a western poster. I struggled with the faces, I'm curious how much colour I can get away with.

A SUV (armoured vehicle) was unwilling to stop at the only pedestrian crossing today - a near fatal 'accident'.
Cavalcades of B-double trucks shooting through Bellingen #HydeStreet. A diesel generator pumping #FossiFuel to power the only traffic lights in #Bellingen. A forest of signs is ignored by all. Speeding of trucks and cars is not monitored on #RosesRd. It's the #WildWest... Roads are there to get 'stuff' out and smash a few more suburbs in.
