My takeaway: Real estate is one of the 3 essentials for survival (food/water, air and SHELTER). The situation in 2008 was vastly different, but people continued to purchase and sell as needed even in a crisis. Today looks different in numbers and facts, and people will continue to purchase and sell as needed.
