Now pouring: Whey Tripel and Whey Quadrupel by #Brouwdok #Harlingen :flag_nl:. Brewed for Henri #Willig, a large cheesemaker usually found in tourist places. Hence the whey.

Both beers are good representations of their respective styles. I can't make out any specific "whey" notes, but it does seem to make the beers very smooth.

Robert Willig (1947-2022)

This is not fresh news, but in case you missed it (as I did): Bobby Willig died last October 21st. Major figure in IO theory. Many will remember his work on contestable markets (with Baumol and Panzar). But his work with Janusz Ordover ("An Economic Definition of Predation") had an enormous impact on IO and antitrust analysis.
