I have a confession to make: though I run QubesOS and various linux/bsd OS's, I do still use Windows on one (1) laptop, for various reasons.
A hearty GFY to Microsoft for removing my WIndows11 Bitlocker utility after I turned it off, which required hunting down and manually typing a 32-character code available only via a second computer and log-in.
How did I have Bitlocker disk encryption before and now do not? Was it a trial sub that ran out, or was it set up so that once turned off can never be turned on again?
Much as I dislike "WINE" it seems to be a better alternative for those special apps that only run on #windows

I think the problem is related to the Win11 22H2 update...think something got corrupted somewhere as it's only 30% installed and it's been going consistently for almost 8 hours now. #dellsucks #windowssucks

Don’t upgrade Win 7 to Win 10 using partitioned disk with other OS (the Gparted is on live Ubuntu as the process of upgrade did messed up it and probably formatted the partition with Ubuntu).
