So after playing Winds of Change for four hours, I can honestly say that my first impressions is good!

I'm very intrigued by the story, I like the characters, and the writing is good. I really want to stream more of it later.

Also, I love Ulric! I don't know if another character will win me over later but right now Ulric is my favorite.

A sense of #community is so important, you & everybody there matters. The GOP base of haters & dividers is shrinking. This thing is as wide as my full dang wingspan, and has a whole lot of space for blocking growth. I might need to buy new blocking wires because I only have two flexible ones and this will exceed them by... a lot.

I am very glad it’s off the needles because I did an extra repeat of the body and it was popping stitches off during the last rounds. I had anticipated doing 17 rows of the border but cut it off at 13 because it was eating too much yarn and too bulky.

Every person I am around while I am working in this has had to pet it. It’s so soft. It’s the most soft thing I have made in a long dang time. It’s is also astonishingly boring.
But! I am done with the increase charts and I’m on to the big cable pattern section, which should build up the interest.
(If you are anywhere near Detroit you should absolutely stop by and pet this extraordinarily soft and boring shawl)
