Yes, we started the Moscatel harvest on the 1st of August! We are still in quite a serious drought so no surprise that the yield is down - but the quality is excellent - so we are pretty happy!

Friendly European chameleon that was chilling out on an metal artwork in our herb garden, having fallen from the figtree above. They are rare, protected... and wonderful - a delight to have living in our organic vineyard. Since they are arboreal this individual was lifted gently back into the tree.

Bottling season has been complicated by the Europe-centred global shortage of glassware - but we are on it. So good to see the Ariyanas Tinto Dulce 2022 all ready to start developing on the bottle. So tempting to enjoy a glass all ready though. With a little very dark chocolate. Mmm!
