I now have tired legs from an excruciating kicking drill ( basically holding a kick position for as long as humanly possible and then moving to another type of kick without putting your foot down). Then a kicking form followed up by the dummy kicking form. #WingChun #KungFu

Many people believe that BJJ is the king of MMA and fail to realize that Wrestling and kickboxing are the fighting styles that dominate the UFC. Also, Jujutsu was unified by Judo in Japan even before it started to spread to Brazil.
Similarly, few people realize that some famous MMA fighters, such as Anderson Silva, actually practice #WingChun and many other martial arts. They use Wing Chun hand forms in the UFC and some Russian MMA without being noticed.
