@polarisu at least I was able to transfer a short .mp4 on my #Windows10 laptop to the #Ubuntu server using #WinSCP to test that I could upload it and watch it using the #Plex app on our #Roku. So it's pretty much ready to go.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good #externalharddrive that plays nice with Plex and #Ubuntu? I'm probably just looking for a couple of terabytes. #sysadmin #sysadminlife #sysadminproblems #linux

Anyone know of a GUI #linux scp/sftp client that does "delete after transfer" like #WinSCP ? Google-fu is failing me because it's tangled with command line examples.

I know how to do this it from shell with scp/sftp/rsync, but sometimes I need to select many arbitrary files for xfer from a listing. PITA from CLI and easy-peasy from GUI.

I've been using WinSCP under #WINE for years but I'd prefer to do it natively in linux. Weird memory exceptions with it now on wine-5.0.3.

I've been using #WinSCP to back up screenshots from my #SteamDeck to my windows laptop. Today it's suddenly not working, saying connection timed out!!
