So I've watched the first episode of #TomochanIsAGirl after hearing about it for a while.

You're trying to tell me that Tomo's VA is Rie Takahashi? I could somewhat hear a little bit of Emilia/Takagi in Aileen last season if I focused on specifically her voice. I can't seem to do the same with Tomo.

Finally catching up on some episode 2s from the #winter2023anime season. Got to make sure I'm ready to discuss these shows at the end of the month for the podcast.

The thing is: I already have too many #winter2023anime shows to watch. At this point I’m more or less looking for excuses to drop a show.

Saturday has too many good shows this #winter2023anime season :ds_zenitsushocked:​ but I find it hard to keep up with shows if I don't watch them the day the episode airs, so I have to keep going! :meguminthumbsup:​

Surprise fave in #magicalrevolution of the reincarnated princess, and #buddydaddies is good. Also enough #isekai to keep me going for all of 2023.

I'll admit I'm watching #thefruitofevolution season 2, with the full knowledge that it's compete trash. This seasons guilty pleasure.

The Fire Hunter:
The show throws you in the deep end without much explanation. Fire hunters, muku paper, collection trucks. How is Touko related to these people, why can’t she work, why is she so disliked, why was there a fire hunter so far from the capital, what’s in the letter? That said, I am curious and I feel there will be a lot of show don’t tell here. It has an “ugly” aesthetic but that works with the harsh world they inhabit. I’m in for now.
