The region around Zeta Orionis or Alnitak (the first belt star in #Orion) is filled with nebulae and stars, including the patchy Flame Nebula (NGC 2024, below Alnitak), the reddish curtain of IC 434 notched by the dark #horseheadnebula (IC 434) / Barnard 33, and side-by-side nebulae, IC 435 and NGC 2023, located below and to the left of the Horsehead. Seven hours of data with the RedCat 51 & ZWO ASI533 mc Pro camera. 🔭 #astrophotography #wintersky
