I’m feeling happy & content albeit with cold toes. I’ve had my first walk around the Murray this morning in nearly 3mths. It’s one of my favourite walks & an easy one. I felt the smile on my face as I was walked, aware of my really good mood doing something I love & absolutely rapt to see the kangaroos. I didn’t need to rug up as much as I did, it was cold & foggy but I soon warmed up. Can’t wait to make it a regular again. #MurrayRiver #WinterWalks
