@jameslove Yes, all of those are challenges.

Having no term makes it particularly difficult.

All other forms of intellectual property protections are time-limited. The idea is that in the end the knowledge is available to all—not always effective but that's the idea.

This is the 45th session of a committee set up 22 years ago.

Since then a lot of exchange of ideas and information, but no rules either in #WIPO or #WTO

I wonder how far this draft will go.
