#WitcherBloodOrigin was really quite good! It's archetype heavy but given the framing as a tale to be told to inspire people in the main show that kinda works. Some good twists and betrayals I didn't quite expect.

With only four episodes there wasn't quite as much time to flesh out some of the character relationships but overall the story was well paced and interesting.

It's a somewhat different fantasy vibe than the other options, and not just grittiness wise.

- pourquoi sont-ils 7 quand il y a en a au mieux 4 d'utiles ? (et pas la naine !)
- les costumes secondaires, les décors vides, les FX bâclés
- 1h de trop

#WitcherBloodOrigin - Overall there was a lot to like. The music was great, the whole world looked amazing & there were some amazing supporting characters. However, it felt a bit rushed & confusing as a result. I think the story would have worked better over maybe 8-10 episodes.

Watched the first episode of #WitcherBloodOrigin and was very pleased by it. Gotta love the Irish influence and a good, solid, Dublin accent being allowed to be free!

Just watched first episode of #Witcherbloodorigin what a waste of time. It is so cringe that I forced myself to finish the episode.

Wife and I saw #WitcherBloodOrigin recently. Good cast, deftly drawn characters, memorable songs and a hilariously deranged female dwarf. Decent little fantasy miniseries.

However at only four-episodes-and-done it was very rushed. It felt like seeing all the arc and none of the filler from a much longer series; you need the filler to let things breathe, and relationships develop.

Just finished #witcherbloodorigin, didn't mind it. Some parts and characters felt rushed. Could have been explained more but all in all, not bad. Team #meldof, any issues speak to Gwen.

I honestly only watched it because I had previously visited one of the locations they used for filming and I wanted to see how they made use of it... They used it pretty poorly TBH. What a colossal waste of time and money.

The worst thing is that they have so much 'tell and don't show' that it ruins any form of good storytelling.

All the characters are poorly written, flat, one note, especially the lead protagonists. Not a single interesting thing about them.

Just putting it out there that #witcherbloodorigin majorly screwed up the lore of it's source material. I mean rework storylines but changing integral parts of the story will create problems in the future.

Started watching #WitcherBloodOrigin and I don't think I've seen a show so poorly acted and written? There's just something so piss poor about the delivery and flow of the show. It's also painfully generic in terms of characters and story.
