Hey #web #webdev #seo #wix #google peeps, have a friend who set up a new site on Wix, all the SEO says it should be indexed. Finally saw the main page indexed, but not a few of the other pages. Search results aren't good on Google, but fine on Duck Duck Go & Bing. What could I be missing? Is Google really that slow for smaller sites/business these days?

Have just been reading some of my old Tweets before I deleted my account. Used to mess around with web design until self-hosting became a nightmare. Now I'm debating whether to get back onto the horse and try again - this time either on Wordpress.com free or Wix. What do others use and what would you suggest? I used to develop on #WordPress but haven't really used it as a source of input for some time and the whole blocks system intimidates me somewhat! Is #wix easier to learn?

I'll create a personal (#academic) #website using one of the free website builders. The idea is using it to post links to my academic work and other texts. I want to create three language options and also add a #blog to each of them in its respective language and use it for #blogging.

I was checking the options, there is #jimdo but it looks like blogging is complicated with it, #wix looks like it has terrible support, there is #site123 and #weebly and various others. Are there any suggestions?
