Ok, die Fernbedienung, die ich bestellt hatte, kann IR und BT 😆

Jetzt kann ich überlegen, wie in #WLED verbinde. IR funktioniert jetzt schon. BT vermutlich nur im master-Branch von WLED, was wizMode unterstützt, aber ich nicht weiß, ob die BT Fernbedienung das kann. 😵

Hier sieht an, wie sich alles zusammenfügt.

LED Leiste an Kugelgelenkhalter, der an einem Schwanenhals befestigt ist (was alles mal ein Tabletständer war). Angeschlossen ein #WLED Miniboard, wo ich nun alle Stecker angeschlossen habe. IR muss noch dran, dann Konfiguration der Fernbedienung. Evtl. noch ein paar Programmierleistungen.

Später benötige ich noch Gehäuse und Klips für Kabel.

Und hat jemand eine Idee, was das ist?

Got one of these cheap WIZ ESP remotes for Amazon to play with the new #WLED beta 4 features.

Pairing was super easy but they seem to struggle with interferences if you are close to your access point 😄 Have to investigate that 🧐

So, mein #WLED 🔴🟢🔵 Pixel-Controller ist da. Fehlt nur noch das #LED Stripe und ein Netzteil.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber es gibt ein paar GPIO Breakouts, wo ich theoretisch einen IR Receiver anbringen könnte. Keine Ahnung, ob das geht (nicht im Gehäuse, aber das wäre nicht schlimm). Kennt sich jemand mit dem cod.m Pixel Controller aus?

Da ein #esp32 verbaut ist, gibt es auch Bluetooth. WLED hat aber keine BT Unterstützung. Das wäre auch nett, eine App zu haben, die per BT steuert. 🤔

Klassisches Probier-Setup.

Aber so kann ich alle IR Codes ermitteln und damit #WLED füttern.

Das Setup mit dem Arduino werde ich so ja nie benutzen.

Fun mit meinem neuen Projekt mit #LED Light-Strip, #WLED oder #Pixelblaze und den ersten Tests mit dem IR Receiver KY-022, der hier noch in der Bastelkiste lag. Das aber an einem #arduino #UNO ausprobiert, um mal zu schauen, wie ich die IR Codes der Fernbedienung ermitteln kann.

Ist doch etwas spezieller, als gedacht. Man muss schon wissen, welche FB genutzt werden soll. Aber egal, das ist kein Problem. Die Samsung FB funktioniert.

Und da ich gerade Langeweile habe noch ein #WLED Controller dazu, um das miteinander zu vergleichen. Also Kapazitäten für mehrere Projekte 😆

@mharleydev Bluetooth is terrible for this I found. I'm just building #esp32 modules with an i2s amp and cheap speaker. (Google minis did work really well, but the wake chime was annoying.)

#homeassistant can't handle interruptions, so if you are streaming music it just stops playing entirely. Nicer to announce on a separate box.

I've got a box design for cheaper chips but I need to fix the prusa again to finish it up. (And v3ish will include a mic. V4 is a multi chip bus so it can be #bigear or #wled too)

Aujourd’hui j’ai fait de la soudure pour connecter, pour la première fois, un ruban de LEDs à mon réseau #domotique !

C’est très fun, et le petit boîtier que j’ai commandé sur une boutique ukrainienne est compatible #WLED (et donc #HomeAssistant par extension), donc grande liberté en matière de réglages et automatismes 😎

Today is being stressful so I think I'll make #chatgpt write descriptions for my #wled #lamp (plus some random remixes of other stuff) and get it all posted on #Printables.

Alternately I could tear the #prusa hot end apart, again, and try to stop the leak, again, but I would rather just save up to replace the whole extruder.

On the automation front, #Homeassistant has gotten more talkative with the new release. I converted all the existing #google #tts to use #selfhosted #piper and now Ryan has come to work for us.

I do miss some of our original voices though. `language: en-in` was our newscaster, `en-au` told us about weather and #BigEar cat tracker reports, etc. (If you are still using google, have some fun with #tts #accents. Try sending `language: fr` with English text. We had that voice assigned to turning off lights and reminding us to close doors, and occasionally filling in when the newscaster was "out sick".)
