He named his 20-acre #Estate on the #Hudson River #Wodenethe (woody promontory). A reporter once said it was a wretched, bad name.

Henry used #Trees to frame beautiful #Vistas. After 40 years, he reflected,
“The first ten years I did everything wrong. The next five I spent correcting my mistakes.”

Wodenethe became a sanatorium. Rosemary #Kennedy, #JFK's disabled sister, lived there in secret in the 1940s.
