Kinda funny, how poultry is the least envo destructive kind of meat, while being the most delicious. (unless you over-cook it)

Growing up with a veterinarian, who took me to a pig farm a few times, ruined pork for me - that almost unbearable pig sith stench is too similar to the actual taste of the meat!

And those burpy-farty bovines, yeah, all that Methane is an issue. I guess, the #wokespeak term would be #problematic. 😅
