Just got around to watching the 2019 Icelandic environmental drama #WomanAtWar

Like so many films & TV productions from this country, the extraordinary Icelandic landscape is an integral element of the dramatic arc. And the acting is consistently good.

Je viens de mettre en ligne sur #Peertube le film « #WomanAtWar », que je classe pour ma part comme un des meilleurs films que j'ai vu ces dix dernières années.
Ce film islandais arrive à parler avec poésie et humour à la fois d'écologie, de sabotage, de revendications, de famille, et même un peu de racisme, le tout sans mièvreries et avec un personnage féminin très fort et profond.
Je le recommande très très chaudement.
