Outstanding question from the MC Prof @jodiebradby to #Nobelprize laureates Prof Donna Strickland & Prof @cosmicpinot on unwritten rules that mean you can ignore written ones; women, and indeed minorities, look at written rules (eg committees, job applications)p etc) and strictly follow them.
