SD Worx really smashed the TT taking the top 3, and what a week Kopecky has had! I can imagine they are getting a bit excited in Belgium 😂

Niewiadoma put in a brilliant ride to secure her podium spot & Labous finished the race really strong.

Has to be a very disappointing race for FDJ & UAE (maybe throw in Jumbo) who barely got a mention all week and came away with nothing.

TTs are never really my thing, but this one at least provided some podium drama. All in all though it has been an excellent weeks racing, and if you tuned out after the mens Tour you really missed out.

Chapeau to Niewiadoma! I often complain about how much energy she spends on fruitless attacks, but today was as close to perfect as you could get.

I honestly expected Bauernfeind to be the best Canyon rider, but Kasia showed she has found a new lvl. Sad that she didn't get the long awaited win, but she seemed so happy with her performance that I'm sure it will boost her to that win

AVV I think did the right thing in refusing to just let Demi sit on her wheel coming off Col d’Aspin, but I think the finish showed who is the strongest climber this year.

Blown away by Kopecky's ride (great scenes with Demi when she crossed the line) and she is still in with a good shout for a top 3 in GC tomorrow!

Looked like a very nasty crash for Veronica Ewers, glad to see she managed to finish the stage but I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't start tomorrow which would be a real shame.

Also hope Yara Kastelijn is ok as well as she looked pretty banged up after that crash as well and I don't think her QOM jersey is secure yet

Another day & another breakaway holding off the peloton to take the stage win! If anyone was suited to launching an early sprint to stay away from the peloton inside the final km, Emma Norsgaard was the one!

Apart from stage 1 which was very chill until the final climb this TDFF has looked ferociously hard thanks to how it's been raced.

Bauernfeind into the top 10 in GC now as well, and if she is climbing as well as she was in La Vuelta Femenina I could easily see her ending up in the top 5

Vollering getting a 20s penalty for drafting behind her team car could come back to hunt SD Worx & I'd be very pissed off with Danny Stam if I was her. What he was doing in the car was very dangerous.

Ricarda Bauernfeind! What a ride that was from the young German, and in her first year in the womens world tour!

What looked like a sprinters stage turned into a very tough stage, so it was even more impressive by Bauernfeind to breakaway from the favourites and then hold off TT expert Reusser (though SD Worx shouldn't have left it to a 1 on 1 chase like that).

What a race Fenix-Deceuninck are having at the TDFF! Yara Kastelijn taking a fantastic win today was the least that they deserved for how they have ridden the last few days.

GC battle finally ignited today, but no one managed to make a serious impact and considering how cooked AVV & Vollering looked after their efforts it wasn't for lack of trying.

Was expecting a Wiebes v Kool battle in the sprint finish today, but that didn't happen (think Kool got herself bottled in) but we did get a Wiebes v Vos sprint! Not surprised Wiebes won, but Vos ran her pretty close considering her poor Giro form.

Always gutted for the breakaway that gets so close to the finish, but Julie Van de Velde doing it solo for 60km seems extra harsh

Both Vollering & AVV looked like it took some effort to close the gaps on that final climbs when the attacks went, which is either a sign that they are just calculating their efforts, or perhaps (one can hope!) maybe some of the other GC riders actually had them hurting and it's a positive sign for later in the race!

Labous bounced back well after yesterday's disappointment and she was looking strong on the climbs which should give her hope for the GC battle.

I'm often critical of Niewiadoma random attacks that just waste her energy or disrupt chase groups, but she went at the right time today but just couldn't fully break the elastic.

Hoping Eva van Agt has no serious injuries after what was a horrible looking crash into the road side barriers on a very treacherous road surface, update from the team that she is conscious and being taken to hospital.

Very impressive sprint from Lippert to beat Kopecky even though she went early and spoil SD Worx plans.
