【重慶森林 (1)】

這其實是我第四次畫「重慶森林」
我畫金城武超不像，但是我還是一直畫
從「鬼武者」開始喜歡金城武（與尚雷諾）
虛構出來的明智左馬介秀滿很活。

上大學才開始看王家衛，
我認為金城武很適合 223 這種口白，
這種呈現很容易讓影片整體尷尬得要命，
但金城武說話本來就給我一種口白的感覺

我對於片內所有演員都抱持好感
那是一種只存於昔時，
而今四散紛飛的好感

I’m searching for a copy of In The Mood For Love OST on vinyl. Looks like all copies from the 2021 Mondo reissue were snapped up and now going for crazy prices by collectors on Discogs. If anyone sees a reasonable price copy somewhere, and can ship to Switzerland, I’d be immensely thankful 🙏

Wong Kar-wai's "In the Mood for Love" (2000) is a timeless classic. I've seen it only once, for fear of destroying my first experience. The film is breathtaking in its simplicity, in its poetry. The beautiful soundtrack plays in my head from time to time and I'm transported back to Hong Kong, to Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung Chiu Wai, to nights of desire.
