So you have an Amaon device and it can't see you 5g Wi-Fi? Maybe sometimes it can see your WiFi, and others it can't?

Disconnected from your 5g for no reason?

Most people don't choose a channel, they let the WiFi device choose the channel.

Well, Amazon only accepts 5g WiFi on channels 149-165 and 36 to 48.

If your WiFi device changes to channel 52 for instance, you more wifi.

Simply choosing a good channel manually is the fix. I know this happens to a Fire TV and a Fire Tablet, and I'd speculate all Amazon branded devices.

-I had forgotten about this when I updated and reconfigured the router and chose a channel amazon does not like.
