Apparently there are 'health coaches' on ticktock etcetera who can 'help you train your brain not to need Prescription Glasses', & also 'Mens Health Coaches' who can advise in 'Naturally boosting your Testosterone Levels', & also whatever the hell they are doing (communally & in person via zoom!) in the attached Link [NSFW]

There really is a sucker born every minute isn't there ? 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏿

Just got back from a whirlwind trip to Skagit Speedway NE of Seattle for Night 3 of the Sage Fruit World of Outlaws Sprint Car Nationals.

Used to follow WoO around when I was a racing journo, haven't seen them in years. They put on the “Greatest Show on Dirt” with 900 HP and power-to-weight ratios higher than F1 cars. Absolute crazy excitement every lap.

#49 Brad Sweet held off #14 Corey Day to win the $26,000 first place money.

alright folks: what's the deal with prayer beads?

They're common (& endorsed) across a tonne of cultures & faith traditions. They're cheap, aesthetic, easy to find or make, & fidgety for neurodiverse folks who need that. Seems like a great place to avoid unnecessarily Reinventing The Wheel.

Why am I not seeing a ubiquitous mantra/prayer/breath-counting practice?
