What is helpful does not always have to be beautiful 🙂

I have many of them in the basement and in the soil of my garden. I never kill them if they ever come in the house.
You can put a jar over them, slide a piece of cardboard underneath and bring them out. Very simple. 😀

I’ve been helping to transfer #compost from one bin to another. We have three with compost at different stages of decomposition. It was great to see literally hundreds of #worms and #woodlice amongst the nascent soil, which to me indicates that the compost is healthy and will provide excellent nutrients to plants when used.
