Oxalis corniculata aka creeping #woodsorrel is #edible & whole plant is rich in #VitaminC - it has tangy, lemony flavour. Great to make into tea or toss on salads. Best in low dosages.
It's also a #hyperaccumulator of #copper - used for phytoremediation. 1491 #MingDynasty text - 'Precious Secrets of the Realm of the King of Xin' - describes how to locate underground copper deposits by extracting trace elements of copper from the #plant 👍
